Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a per ticket per day basis.
2. There is no age restriction to enter the Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur.
3. However, the Parent/Guardian is obliged to supervise their children at all times. Children of age 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult to gain admission.
4. The Adult’s ticket is for those 13 years old (born before or on 31 December 2011) and above, while the Kids’ ticket is for those from 7 years old (born before or on 31 December 2017) to 12 years old. Visitors may be required to provide ID for verification purposes. Disable (OKU) Visitor is required to provide OKU card for verification purpose during OKU ticket redemption.
5. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or EXCHANGE OF TICKETS is allowed once the ticket is sold.
6. LOST or DAMAGE tickets will not be replaced.
7. Tickets are colour coded in 3 different colours specifically for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Only the right colour coded ticket on that specific day will be permitted to enter the exhibition hall. Re entries are only permitted on the same day itself.
8. Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur Official Store reserves the right to confiscate and block those complimentary tickets from entering the hall.
9. 9. Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur Official Store reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
10. Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur Official Store reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on all Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur online platforms immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
11. The visitors shall undertake all risks where there may face while attending the event, on the way to, outside or within the event venue. The risk may include change in weather, being stuck in the traffic, delay in public transport services, or parking is full at the venue, etc.
12. Any visitors who caused damages to the displayed items at the event will be liable for such damages. The visitors will further undertake all risks of loss of properties at the venue. The Parent/Guardian will be fully responsible for any damages caused by their children.
13. The Parent/Guardian understands that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions by themselves and the children under their care, and warrants that they will take all reasonable effort to ensure that they do not breach their duty of care towards the children.
14. All visitors agree to release the ORGANISER (Element X Strategies Sdn Bhd) and MITEC, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Partners, Agents from any liability regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the Event.
